Notification of Typographical Error in the Babcock & Brown Power Annual Report 2007
BBP advises that some typographical errors have been identified in its Annual Report 2007.
Reference is made to Note 6 (Remuneration of Key Management Personnel) to the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2007 on page 81 of the Annual Report.
The published version of Note 6 expresses in multiples of ‘000s both:
· the aggregate remuneration of the Key Management Personnel of BBP over the year ended 30 June 2007; and
· the options held in Babcock & Brown Limited by the Key Management Personnel of BBP over the period from 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007.
All figures appearing in the sections titled “Key Management Personnel Remuneration” and “Options Held in Babcock & Brown Limited” in Note 6 should not be expressed in multiples of ’000s. Rather, please refer to the relevant figures as they appear in those sections while ignoring the multiples.

BBP advises that some typographical errors have been identified in the Babcock & Brown Power Trust Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2007.
Reference is made to Note 4 (Remuneration of Auditors) and Note 5 (Remuneration of Key Management Personnel) to the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2007 on pages 16 and 17 of the Trust Annual Financial Report.
The published version of the Notes expresses in multiples of ‘000s both:
· the aggregate professional fees paid or payable for services provided to BBP by audit firms (Note 4); and
· the aggregate remuneration of the Key Management Personnel of BBPS over the year ended 30 June 2007 (Note 5).
All figures appearing in the sections titled “Remuneration of Auditors” and “Key management personnel remuneration” in Notes 4 and 5 (respectively) should not be expressed in multiples of ’000s. Rather, please refer to the relevant figures as they appear in those sections while ignoring the multiples.
